St. Paul residents can learn how to lower their home energy bills by attending a FREE WORKSHOP on Tuesday, June 29 from 6:30-8 pm. It will be held in the North Dale Rec Center at 1414 St. Albans Street, St. Paul. Workshop participants save on average over $100 per year on their energy bills!
