St. Paul residents can learn how to lower their home energy bills by attending a FREE WORKSHOP on Thursday, July 22 from 6:30-8 pm. It will be held in the Conway Rec Center at 2090 Conway Street, St. Paul. Workshop participants save on average over $100 per year on their energy bills!
